A Message from Aaron:

Well July has been a hell of a month. Life issues, work issues, then closer, end the month censorship issues. Everything combined, has really left me unmotivated.
The issues not involved with my visual novel work will be resolved in time. Regarding my visual novel work...
-I don't know what is happening.
I'm a fledgling visual novelist with a small fanbase. I have chosen to create visual novels with adult themes and imagery because of my passion for the genre and my love of storytelling.
The only market place I sell direct to the customers is Itch. With the resent crack down on NSFW creators, I'm unsure what my status is on Itch is. I feel continent none of my work violates Itch's policies regarding adult content...but you never know.
I'm sitting in this strange limbo (along with others), waiting on some sort of notice from Itch on whether or not my existing and futures games can be sold on their marketplace.
What is more worrisome, is I don't know if this new wave of censorship will continue to snowball; from Steam, to Itch, to Patreon, to Subscribestar, and further.
Done crying on my keyboard and hoping for the best.

GAME UPDATES:

Bell Mountain

Despite everything, July's been a productive month regarding Bell Mountain.

I wrote a new scene for the epilogue and rewrote three others.

The production phase is nearly done. I have a half a scene and the final scene left to render.

Rouge Logistics International [WIP]

More than moving boxes.

Congratulations!

The most stimulating shipping company has just hired you.

" Rouge Logistics International," is a work in progress. I have full-time commitments and I cannot guarantee a frequent release interval. Thus, I am only willing to commit to a biannual release schedule. Of course, I will try to produce and release more whenever possible.
I'm also transitioning to 2k renders and adding animations for this project. Switching to 2k renders is an easy enough change with my new PC. Creating animations is a whole new process for me. Keep your expectations low; my only goals are to keep the animations smooth and avoiding clipping.

I'm easing into Rouge Logistics Third Act with an explosion.

What to expect with ACT THREE:

The fallout from the car chase, one more spicy scene, the reveal of Toxin-1's effects, a kidnapping, some shooting, and the conclusion of the story.

Some bad news, I don't think I will be able to release ACT THREE this year. I expect the third act to release in the first half of 2027.
